Travel vaccine costs at TravelClinicNY

When you come to TravelClinicNY for the travel vaccination, prescription, or other travel-related needs, you might be responsible for two charges:

Office visit fee (everybody gets charged an office fee)

Vaccine cost (if you get a vaccine).

What is the office visit fee?

Anyone who receives a travel consultation, prescription, or vaccine will be charged an office fee.

Please note that this is not a consultation fee; you are responsible for that charge, even if you know what vaccines or prescriptions you need.

What office visit fee covers?

A one-time office fee of $75 will cover the following:

Consultation if needed

Prescriptions (for malaria, travelers’ diarrhea, flight anxiety meds, altitude medication, and other travel-related medications)

Administration of all shots you need

Do I need to pay $75 again, or is it a one-time fee?

This is considered a one-time fee for one trip you are going on- not a lifetime.

For example:

You should have asked for the medication and want it now. We can e-prescribe it to your pharmacy. You need to call us.

If you want additional travel shots after your visit, that is no problem. You can come back and will be charged only for the vaccine cost.

But you will be charged another office fee of $75 if:

You need a prescription for a different trip

You need a vaccination for a different trip
